Material

Carbon Steel: Our wire mesh cable tray is made of carbon steel, which offers high strength and durability. Carbon steel provides a reliable base for the cable tray to support heavy loads of cables.

Surface Finish

Hot – Hotdip galvanized: This is the primary surface treatment method. Hot-dip galvanizing involves dipping the steel cable tray into a bath of molten zinc. This process creates a thick, protective zinc layer on the surface of the steel. The zinc layer acts as a sacrificial anode, protecting the underlying steel from corrosion. It provides long-term protection against rust and other forms of corrosion, even in outdoor or humid environments.

Colour

Default: We offer a standard colour option as the default. However, we also provide the flexibility to customize the colour according to customer requirements. This allows our customers to match the cable tray with the aesthetic of their building or installation environment.

Thickness

Range: 0.6 – 2.0mm: The thickness of the wire mesh cable tray can be selected within this range. A thinner thickness of around 0.6mm may be suitable for applications with lighter cable loads, while a thicker 2.0mm thickness is more appropriate for heavy-duty applications where higher strength and load-bearing capacity are required.

Length

Standard Lengths: 6000mm, 3000mm, 2000mm: These standard lengths are available to meet common installation requirements. Additionally, we can customize the length according to the specific needs of our customers. For example, in a large-scale industrial installation, longer lengths may be preferred to reduce the number of joints, while in smaller spaces, shorter customized lengths can be more practical.

Width

Range: 25 – 600mm: The width of the cable tray can be chosen within this range. Narrower widths of around 25mm may be used for organizing a small number of thin cables, while wider widths of up to 600mm can accommodate a large bundle of cables, including power cables, communication cables, etc. Customized widths are also available to fit the cable-laying requirements of different projects precisely.
